Head Coach and Owner
Scott is a Level 2 CF coach, with a Level 3 & 4 PT qualification, has been a trainer and coach for over 12 years, and participating in rugby league and various other outdoor sports for over 20 years. Scott found CrossFit through a friend in the Army, and dabbled in his garage for 8 months before signing up for an actual membership at his local box, changing his life in almost every way. One of his favourite things about coaching is the look on someone’s face when they achieve something they thought was almost impossible. The second would be experiencing the same thing for himself.
Scott Lipman
Coach
Alex is a Level 2 CF coach, level 3 & 4 PT, and specialises in Strength & Conditioning, Gymnastics, and Mobility. Alex joined CrossFit as one of his friends started in order to become a firefighter. Since then he’s never looked back; being one of the best possible life choices he ever made.

Emily Stewart
Coach
Em is a Level 1 CF coach, and has spent over 10 years in gymnastics competing both nationally and internationally. She has further participated in both netball and touch football, holding coaching qualifications in netball, while also being an asset to the team, as well as the squad at CFC. Em found CrossFit 6 years ago, and being only 20 years old, she is the youngest coach (by far). Em has a passion to provide help to others, whilst striving to reach their goals. Seeing people grow and develop physically and mentally makes all the early hours of coaching worth it. FYI cake is her fave food, so if you ever bring in cake, you know who’ll be there first.

Coach
Dan is a CrossFit Level 1 coach who has been training and competing in CrossFit since 2018. A plumber by trade, he discovered CrossFit looking for a new challenge and quickly became hooked on the constant pursuit of improvement, both inside and outside the gym.
Since then, Dan has been fortunate to compete at a high level, winning the 2024 Torian Pro Masters Team competition, placing 3rd in the 2025 Torian Pro Masters Individual division, and qualifying for and competing at the 2026 CrossFit Games Semifinals in San Diego.
One of Dan's favourite parts of coaching is seeing someone achieve something they never thought they could, whether that's their first pull up, a PB lift, or simply walking through the door with more confidence than they had the week before. He loves creating a positive environment where hard work, a few laughs, and a bit of friendly banter help people become the best version of themselves.
Dan Winning
Coach
Hi, my name is Monique. I have been coaching CrossFit for 3.5 years and started training CrossFit in a CrossFit teens class at age 14. I absolutely love this sport and way of training to better myself and others!! I also spent years doing Olympic Weightlifting and have represented Australia at the Oceania Championships in 2024 in New Zealand where I finished 2nd and got to have a go at breaking an Oceania record fighting for first place. I also competed at the Commonwealth Championships in 2024 in Fiji where I was live streamed on Fiji national TV which was a pretty surreal feeling - I finished in 4th place there. My current goals are to help others unlock their potential and feel the freedom CrossFit gives you in your everyday life while also pursuing sport myself - I am currently training CrossFit and playing my first season of rugby league and absolutely loving it all :)

PJ stumbled upon CrossFit for the first time in April 2016; and it wasn’t very long until he realised this was something that not only facilitated his fitness goals, but allowed him to have a blast in the process.
He loves the variety in the training, the journey of continuously learning and improving technique, and the challenge and fun that comes with the intensity of the workouts!
In 2018, paired with his attention to detail and friendly demeanour, PJ joined the coaching team and brings his enthusiasm and passion for helping people hit their fitness goals – wanting people to move better, feel better and enjoy the process!
Favourite Movement(s): Gymnastics (pull ups, muscle ups, handstand push ups)
