Why choose our classes?

At CrossFit Chatswood we simply want you to turn up and allow us to take care of the rest. You don’t have to think about anything. Our coaches will do their job and assist you on your fitness journey.

Our classes are designed to keep you motivated, prevent you from getting injured, fit within your busy schedule, are educational and structured so you can get the results you want.

We recommend starting with a minimum but consistent 2 day commitment (initially) where you will feel, see and experience results.

It is literally that simple.

CrossFit Class

Small group training to a tailored 4 week strength cycle. Focusing on increasing strength, aerobic capacity, and flexibility conditioning your body to lift and move with the correct technique.

Partner WOD

Saturday sessions are primarily reserved for a partner WOD. Something that is a bit of fun and a complete crowd pleaser. So pick a friend, challenge yourself and get moving.

Get HYROX Ready Class

With HYROX coming to Sydney in July 2025, this class is designed to prepare individuals for the HYROX fitness race, a combination of running and functional exercises, and often involve a mix of strength training, conditioning, and Hyrox-specific drills

CrossFit Teens

Teaching your Teens Crossfit - can establish positive behaviours that set them up for life. Demonstrating the importance of physical activity, nutrition and the benefits to their self-confidence and mental health.

Teens can also train with an adult guardian. It’s a great opportunity for parents and their kids to workout and train together.
